Applications :

  1. Tribasic Lead Sulfate is an excellent Primary Stabilizer used for PVC processing.
  2. It has no lubricating properties and should preferably be used in conjunction with other stabilizers such as Lead Stearate, Dibasic Lead Stearate, Calcium Stearate, etc.
  3. TBLS manufactured by Rewa can be used for all opaque applications of PVC, such as Pipes, Profiles, Wire and Cable Compounds, etc.

Dosage: The dosage can vary from 1.0 phr to 3.0 phr depending on the formulation.

Stability: Unlimited if stored in a cool and dry place.

Chemical Formula: 2PbO. Pb (C17H35COO) 2

RESTAB™ Dibasic Lead Stearate (DBLS) is an excellent Heat Stabilizer that performs exceptionally well in high-temperature conditions. It has excellent Thermal Stability, Electrical Insulation, Water Resistance and can prevent PVC degradation upon heat or sunlight exposure.

RESTAB™ DBLS is a high-purity Dibasic Lead Stearate manufactured using high- quality raw materials. The manufacturing process is closely monitored for consistency and excellent product quality.
