Our Journey

Rewa started as a small venture in 1983, with the passion and vision of Late Shri. Bharat K. Shah, a pioneering businessman. He saw the potential in the PVC Additives Industry and decided to take a leap of faith. With his love for science and an entrepreneurial spirit, he built the foundation of what would become a premier PVC Additives manufacturing company.

In 2009, the baton was passed on to the next generation of technocrats, Prashant Shah and Nishith Shah. They bring their unique skills and expertise to the table and have continued to steer the company towards greater heights.

For over 40 years, Rewa has been on a quest to understand the industry’s ever-changing demands by constantly upgrading and adopting new technology to maintain its reputable position in the industry. The proudest achievement of Rewa is the loyalty of its customers, which is the result of its relentless efforts to provide high-quality products and impeccable service.

Our History

1983

Rewa Enterprises, a proprietorship trading firm, was founded by Late Shri. Bharat K Shah in Mumbai with a humble capital and ample aspirations.

1987

The company became an additives trader in the PVC industry of Maharashtra and opened its own office in a Mumbai suburb with a dedicated team of executives.

1993

Manufacturing subcontractors were connected, and the company launched its own brands of PVC Heat Stabilizers and Lubricants branded as ‘Restab’ and ‘Relube‘, focusing on quality and consistency.

1998

Rewa Enterprises rebranded itself to Rewa Stabilizers & Lubricants Pvt Ltd and established its first manufacturing unit in Ambernath, Maharashtra, for in-house production of Lead-Based One-Pack Stabilizers and Lubricants for emerging PVC markets of Maharashtra.

2014

The company developed a state-of-the-art Tribasic Lead Sulfate plant, which boosted its reputation as a capable Additives manufacturer among end-users. Rewa exports TBLS to multiple countries through trading partners and other Additives suppliers.

2016

Rewa invested in a dedicated laboratory to develop Non-Toxic Additives for an environmentally sustainable future.

2018

A separate Manufacturing unit was established to produce Non-Toxic Stabilizers and Lubricants for PVC applications with a capacity to manufacture 4000 MT p.a. of Calcium/Zinc-Based One-Pack Stabilizers.

2023

Today, Rewa is a well-established brand of PVC Additives, with verticals such as Fillers, Pigments, and Plasticizers available through its network of Manufacturing Subcontractors. It is a one-stop solution for PVC Pipes, Cables, Casings, Profiles, and Film manufacturers for all their Additive requirements.
